Archives preserves the historical records of The United Church
of Canada and its antecedent denominations, and of Victoria
University. These priceless records document the proud heritage
of the Church and the University, and their significant
contributions to Canadian society.
Toronto United
Church Council
The Toronto United Church Council takes an active and
cooperative role in planning and participating in the work and
witness of The United Church of Canada in the Dufferin & Peel,
Grey, Muskoka, Simcoe, Toronto Don Valley, Toronto Scarborough,
Toronto South, Toronto West, and York Presbyteries (the
Presbyteries).

Council of Churches
The Canadian Council of Churches is the largest ecumenical body
in Canada, now representing 20 churches of Anglican, Eastern and
Oriental Orthodox, Protestant and Roman Catholic traditions.
Camp
Simpresca
Operated by the Simcoe Presbytery
of the United Church of Canada, in partnership with the Toronto
United Church Council, Simpresca has operated as a summer camp
for boys and girls since 1949.
Five Oaks
Five Oaks is an Educational Centre of The United Church of
Canada.
Chaverim
Chaverim is a group of
young Christian singers and musicians aged 11 to 19 who
represent many denominations -Alliance, Anglican, Baptist,
Presbyterian and United, to name a few. Chaverim started in
Vasey United Church and now rehearses at Grace United Church in
Barrie.
